Zachary Wilkinson

Zachary Daniel Wilkinson, 34, of Farrell, passed away peacefully with his sister by his side on Friday evening, December 26, 2025, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Zachary was born on December 27, 1990, in Jacksonville, FL, a son of the late William Fernie and Jean Luella (Cooper) Wilkinson. He graduated from Hickory High School.

Throughout his life, he has had many wonderful care staff and nurses. He always brought smiles to faces and joy to everyone’s hearts. He will be remembered for his “Hi Baby” greeting.

He is survived by six siblings, Sandra Wilkinson and her boyfriend, Clayton King, of Wichita, KS, Matthew Wilkinson, with whom he lived in Farrell, Timothy Wilkinson and his wife, Wendy, of Huntsville, OH, Melony Michael and her husband, Mick, of Mercer, Edward Wilkinson and his wife, Wanda, of Chesnee, SC, and Susan Wilkinson, of Oil City, PA.

In addition to his parents, Zachary was preceded in death by his brother, William “Billy” Wilkinson.

Loving Care Inc. has provided a beautiful home and exceptional care for Zachary since 2021. He had excellent care staff, who tended to his special needs daily.

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday (12/30/2025) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, 1090 East State St., Sharon. 

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday (12/31/2025) in the funeral home.
