Obituary

William Joseph "Pood" LaCamera Jr. Sharon, passed away at 5:03 a.m. Thursday (12-31-15) in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, following an extended illness. He was 74.

Born May 20, 1941 in Farrell, he was one of six children born to William Joseph Sr. and Mary Pisciotti LaCamera.

He was a lifelong area resident and attended Hickory Schools.

A flatbed tractor trailer driver, he worked in the steel industry for many years.

He was of the catholic faith.

He was a car enthusiast who enjoyed both hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his three daughters, Renee L. Hicklin and her husband Julius, Sharon, Tracy L. Villarreal and her husband Luis, Rock Island, IL, and Rhonda S. Boos and her boyfriend Michael Naples, Niles, OH, two sons, James M. LaCamera and his wife April, Milan IL, and Ronald E. Evans, and his wife Cindy, Masury, OH, two sisters, Carol A. Montgomery, Sharon, and Darlene M. LaCamera, Farrell, 18 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. He is also survived by his former wife Beverly A. LaCamera, Hermitage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Robert Brown, a grandson, Joshua E. Englehardt, two sisters, Marlene R. Parkinson, Gloria J. Parker, and a brother, Francis P. LaCamera.

Calling hours: 4 to 6:00 p.m. Monday (1-4-16) in the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon.

Services: 6:00 p.m. Monday (1-4-16) in the funeral home chapel with the Msgr. Salvatore P. Mitchell, retired priest officiating.

Interment: St. Elizabeth's Cemetery, Hermitage.
