William G. "Bill" Hvizdak, 78, of New Wilmington, PA, passed away following a lengthy illness.

Mr. Hvizdak was born in Youngstown, OH, a son of the late William C. and Concetta (LaVolpe) Hvizdak, and graduated from Mohawk High School in 1965. Bill served in the U.S. Marine Reserves.

His career of hard work culminated with owning Record Data, Inc. After retirement, he split time in Pennsylvania with winters in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

Bill's life enjoyments included family, cars, cooking/food, extensive traveling, and watching Old Westerns.

Bill is survived by four brothers, Dennis Hvizdak (Karen), of Cartersville, GA, Richard Hvizdak, of Pittsburgh, PA, Perry Hvizdak, of Edinburg, PA, and Rodney Hvizdak (Renee), of Woodstock, GA; eight nieces and nephews; and three great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his caring wife, Lee Ann (D'Arcy) Hvizdak; a brother, John Hvizdak; and a niece, Katherine "Katie" Hvizdak.

Per Bill's wishes, the family held a private graveside service at St. James Cemetery, Villa Maria, PA.
