William "Dane" Crowley, 33, of Slippery Rock Twp. passed away Monday, March 11, 2019, in UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Dane was born October 12, 1985, in North Hills (Pittsburgh), PA, a son of William J. and Jeanne L. (Brudnak) Crowley, and was a 2004 graduate of Mars (PA) Area High School.

He worked on the kitchen staff of several local restaurants, and previously worked in a candle factory in Mars, PA.

Dane was baptized Lutheran and of the Christian faith.

He loved cars, particularly detailing vehicles and constructing model cars. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing video games.

In addition to his parents, Dane is survived by a sister, Kelly Conner and her husband, Clyde, Slippery Rock Twp.; three nieces, Mallory, Maya and Meridith Conner; a nephew, C.J. Conner; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Dane was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John Brudnak and Helen Stavinsky; and paternal grandparents William and Ruth Ann (Conner) Crowley.

Calling hours will be 10 a.m. to 12 noon Friday (3-15-19) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 111 W. Falls St., New Castle.

Funeral service will be noon Friday, in the funeral home, with Rev. Marvin Snyder, officiating.

Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Slippery Rock Twp.
