Obituary

Wanda J. Leach of Hermitage passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was 70. Mrs. Leach was born Jan. 21, 1945, in Sharon, a daughter of William and Elsie Donnelly Hughey. She was a lifelong area resident and a 1962 graduate of Sharon High School. Wanda retired as a production control manager from Delphi Packard, Warren, Ohio, where she was employed for more than 30 years. She enjoyed traveling to casinos with her friend Molly, bingo and going to the beach with her extended family. She was also a fan of the Cleveland Browns. Surviving are: a daughter, Ame L. Leach Sieg and her husband Jason, Sharpsville; a son, Todd A. Leach, Hermitage; two grandchildren, Bryce and Mason Leach; and a step grandchild, Presley Sieg. She also leaves a sister, Mary Reichart and her husband John; a niece and goddaughter, Maggie Reichart; three nephews, William Hughey, III, Scott Hughey and Andrew Hughey, all Hermitage; and an aunt, Nancy Hann, Sharon. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, William Hughey, Jr. Calling hours will be from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage.
