Vivian Rajean Marshall, Pierce Ave., Sharpsville, passed away unexpectedly at 10:44 a.m. Saturday in the Emergency Room of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 72. Vivian was born in Allegheny County on August 11, 1943. She resided at Polk Center from 1951 until 1974. She was placed in foster care for three years but returned to Polk in 1977. In 1979 Vivian became part of the MCAR family in Mercer County and has lived in their care since that time. She was a familiar face at the Prevocational Center at MCAR having worked there for thirty years, she retired in 2009. She then attended MCAR's Older Adult Day Center where she enjoyed socializing with her peers. She enjoyed leading the Pledge of Allegiance and will always be remembered for singing her favorite song "Jesus Loves Me" at the conclusion of the pledge. She will be sadly missed by her MCAR family both past and present, may she rest easy in the arms of the Lord. Calling hours: 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday (9-19-15) in the J. Services: A memorial and celebration of life service for Vivian will take place in the funeral home chapel on Friday (9-19-15) at 12 noon with the Rev. C.
