He attended the University of Miami (FL) before transferring to Youngstown (OH) University, where he earned his bachelor's degree. He then pursued a medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing his education to be a family practitioner. Vincent was also honorably discharged from the US Army.
His successful solo practice in Sharpsville as a family doctor allowed him to provide care and comfort to many over his 40-year career. He also provided sports physicals for student-athletes at Hickory High School for more than 20 years, was the medical director of Countryside Convalescent Home, in Mercer for 33 years, and volunteered to provide physicals for children attending camps through the Salvation Army, Sharon.
He was a humble man, who led a life of humility. Vincent served on the board for the Area on Aging and volunteered for the FDA food safety program. Dr. Ciambotti was also a founding physician who helped start Shenango Valley Medical Center, which is now UPMC Horizon Hospital.
An avid outdoorsman, Vincent loved hunting, going to camp in Marienville, PA, and spending time with his hunting buddies. Above all, he cherished his family and looked forward to attending his grandchildren's activities.
