Traean Richard Aldan, Jr., 59, Neshannock Twp. passed away at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2016.

Mr. Aldan was born Novemeber 16, 1956, in Jameson Memorial Hospital, a son of Traean "Two Gun" Sr. and Dorothy Jean Thompson Aldan.

A lifelong area resident, he was a graduate of the former Lawrence County Vo-Tech and attended Gateway Technical Institute, Pittsburgh.

Traean was employed by G4S Security as head of security at Ellwood Quality Steel for 25 years, and previously was the head of security at Pennsylvania Engineering Corporation.

Mr. Aldan was a member of Victory Christian Center, Coiltsville Campus.

He was a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). Traean enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing, and he loved to cook.

He married the former Judy Ann Tomon on December 3, 1988, she survives at home.

Also surviving are: a daughter, Rachel Ann Willard and her husband, Chris, of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Christina A. Sphar and her husband, William and Sandra Wynn and her husband, Calvin, all of New Castle; a brother, David R. Aldan of Poland, OH.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, infant Dorothy Jean Aldan and Cynthia Aldan.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Victory Christian Center – Compassion Ministries, 3899 McCartney Rd. Coitsville, Oh 44436.

Calling hours will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 111 W. Falls St.

A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home, Pastor Joseph Thomas of the Victory Christian Center, officiating.

Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
