Thomas Wright Leslie, 74, of New Castle, passed away Thursday morning, December 30, 2021, at Quality Life Service, New Castle.

Mr. Leslie was born May 14, 1947, in New Castle, a son of the late Chester and Ethel May (Barris) Leslie.

Thomas was the Lawrence County Solicitor for numerous years.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Petrovich) VanDusen; Stepdaughter, Vanessa Kuczynski; son, Jamie Leslie; sister, Ruth Ann Michael and family; and two brothers, Howard Leslie and family, and Glenn Leslie and family.

COVID friendly calling hours, visitors will be required to stay in their vehicles, will be Saturday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 111 W. Falls St., New Castle.

In memory and appreciation of Thomas Wright Leslie contributions will be accepted for unexpected expenses.  Donations can be made directly to the family, Dorothy Van Dusen, wife.
