Thomas A. DeJulia, 80, of Mercer, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in his home.
Mr. DeJulia was born on September 18, 1945, in Sharon, a son of the late Thomas and Connie (Baggiossi) DeJulia. He was a 1963 graduate of Sharpsville High School.
For much of his working career, he worked as a welder/fitter at various mills in the area. He also owned and operated DJ’s Bait Shop in Sharpsville.
An avid outdoorsman, he had a true passion for fishing, hunting and gardening.
He is survived by a daughter, Annette Kathryn Doughton, of S. Pymatuning Twp.; two sons, Thomas A. DeJulia and his wife, Kimberly Gaines, of Seward, AK, and Raymond DeJulia, of New Castle; his significant other, Sandi Mowry, of Mercer; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Bob DeJulia and his wife, Cathy.
In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his wife, the former Sandra F. Means; a son, William “Bill” DeJulia; a son-in-law, John Doughton; and a sister, Patricia DeJulia.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon on Monday (07/13/2026) in St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 311 West Ridge Ave., Sharpsville, PA, with Rev. John Miller, pastor, as celebrant.
