Theodore C. "Ted" Gregoroff, 90, of Farrell, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, in Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Gregoroff was born November 15, 1930, in Farrell, a son of the late Christo and Mary (Elderly) Gregoroff and was a 1949 graduate of Farrell High School.
He was drafted into the US Army during the Korean War, serving as a military policeman in Germany.
Upon his honorable discharge, he was employed as a crane man at Sharon Steel's former Farrell Plant, retiring upon its closing.
Ted was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Farrell.
He was also a member of the Italian Home and an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #5286, both in Farrell.
He loved to play bocce and was in a league at the Farrell VFW. Ted was also a skilled winemaker and loved to get together with friends and play cards.
He is survived by a daughter, Pamela Patterson and her husband Jeffrey, of Canfield, OH; a daughter-in-law, Gina Maclyn, of Pittsburgh; two grandchildren, Scott Holtkamp and Jacob Gregoroff; and two great-grandchildren, Emma and Owen Holtkamp.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by a son, Theodore N. Gregoroff.
