Susan Kay Chamberlain, 73, of Wheatland, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, January 15, 2025, in her home.

Susie was born July 24, 1951, in Aliquippa, PA, a daughter of the late James L. and Patricia "Granny" (McLaughlin) Goodlin, and was a 1969 graduate of Southside Beaver High School, Hookstown, PA.

For many years, Susie worked as a bus driver for the Newton Falls School District where she also actively volunteered with the Newton Falls High School Marching Band and Majorettes.

Throughout her life, Susie loved sewing gifts for family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling, roller skating, and dancing.

Her husband of 24 years, Bobby R. Chamberlain, Sr., whom she married on July 9, 1969, preceded her in death on July 23, 1993.

Susie is survived by her partner of 22 years, Ron Taylor, with whom she made her home in Wheatland; two sons, Bobby R. Chamberlain, Jr. (Kristin), Winchester, VA, and William R. Chamberlain (Angela), Mountain Ranch, CA; a daughter, Suzan R. Kulyk (Jeff), Myrtle Beach, SC; two brothers, James Goodlin (Patty), Smyrna, DE, and Keith Goodlin, Hookstown, PA; two sisters, Kim Roupe (Ron), Lake Whales, FL, and Lori Flemming (Chris), Whitehall, OH; seven grandchildren, Ontario Riddle, Keri Chamberlain, ShiAne Miller, Emma Chamberlain, Violet Chamberlain, Bruno Chamberlain, and Gideon Chamberlain; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Susie was preceded in death by her beloved Pug, Heidi.

Calling hours will be 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday (1-22-25) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.

A memorial service will immediately follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment: Mill Creek Hill Cemetery, Greene Township, Beaver County, PA.
