Shirley M. Fair of Hermitage passed away at 4:20 a.m. Tuesday (4-5-15) in Nugent Convalescent Home, Hermitage. She was 92.

Mrs. Fair was born August 9, 1923, in Sharon, a daughter of George and Mary Mackey Welch.

Her husband, Curtis Russell Fair, whom she married in 1941, passed away in 1957.

Shirley retired in 1985 from Davidows Market, West Middlesex, where she worked in the meat department.

She was a member of the West Middlesex United Methodist Church, West Middlesex.

Shirley enjoyed bingo and taking gambling trips to Niagara Falls, Pittsburgh and West Virginia.

Surviving are: a daughter, Mary Ellen Gilmore, West Middlesex; two sons, Edward Fair and his wife Jackie, West Middlesex; and Robert Fair and his wife Shirley, Hermitage; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Beverly Ann Schwartz; and two granddaughters, Amy Jo Johnson and Jeralie Schwartz.

At Shirley's request, there will be no calling hours.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
