Shirley Ann Drum, 69, of Kingman, AZ, formerly of Sharon, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, in Kingman Medical Center, Kingman, AZ.

Mrs. Drum was born July 19, 1948, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of Joseph and Josephine (Kostka) Biros. She was a 1966 graduate of Sharon High School. Shirley earning her bachelor's degree in psychology at Minot State University, Minot, ND; a master's degree in counseling at Kent State University, Kent, OH; and another master's degree in special education from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio).

Shirley was employed by Cincinnati Public Schools and most recently by Lakeview Intermediate Schools, Stow, OH.

She attended Cedar Hills Community Church, Kingman. Shirley enjoyed traveling, making crafts and her cats and dogs.

She is survived by a daughter, Amy Scragg, East Liverpool, OH; a sister, Margaret Hruska, Hermitage; two nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Patrick Scragg, in December 1993; and her second husband, Daniel Drum, in June 2017.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday (07/19/2018) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, 1090 East State St., Sharon.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Rev. Susan Deitrick, officiating.

Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage
