Sherri Hoak

Sherri Hoak, 59, of Transfer, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

Sherri was born on December 13, 1965, in Ellwood City, PA, a daughter of Leroy Hoak and Shelby (Jacobs) Hall. She was a graduate of Riverside High School.

She is survived by her father, Leroy and his wife, Sophia, of Albuquerque, NM; two brothers, Leroy Hoak, Jr. and Jason Hoak; her significant other, Roger Smith; and three grandchildren, Pierson, Madison and Hunter.

Sherri was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Shelby and Wilbert Gary Hall; two children, Megan Wilhelm and Phillip Hoak; a sister, Missy Hall; a brother, Darin Hoak; and a step-brother, Gary Hall, Jr.
