Sara E. Jones of West Middlesex passed away Wednesday Morning, April 11, 2018 , in Clepper Manor, Sharon. She was 92.

Mrs. Jones was born August 17, 1925, in Hermitage, a daughter of Hugh and Ethel (McAllister) Morgan and attended Hickory High School.

A homemaker, she later worked for more than 20 years at First National Bank, Farrell.

Sara is survived by a son, Donald Jones, Tionesta, PA; a sister, Gladys Mudrak, Hermitage; seven grandchildren, Denise Webster (Tim); Donald Jones, Jr.; Amy Comninos; Shawn Yanak (June); Scott Jones (Mindi); Kevin Jones (Jennifer); and Elayne Jones; fifteen great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert T. Jones, whom she married on June 20, 1942; her parents; a daughter, Sally Yanak; and four brothers, Alfred, Donald, William and Hugh Morgan.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Sara's family would like to thank the staff at Clepper Manor and The Lakes at Jefferson, for the exceptional care and compassion for Sara.
