Obituary

Russell J. Morocco, Farrell, formerly of West Middlesex, passed away Monday (7/18/2016) at his residence.  He was 73.

He was born June 8, 1943 in Sharon, the son of Don and Perrine Sherock Morocco.  He attended Farrell High School and was a member of Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann's Church, Farrell.

Russell was a car enthusiast, musician, and self proclaimed comedian.  He loved music and sang with the Itals in the early sixties.

His true passion was cars, which he enjoyed working on and racing, especially his 1969 Yenko Chevelle "IDOFLY".

His pride and joy were his children.  He loved and looked forward to family gatherings, where he was always the life of the party.

He is survived by his son, Vincent Morocco and his wife Clarice of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his daughter, Nina Morocco and her fiancé John Hollingsworth of Monroe, Michigan; his sister, Faith Gianoglio and her husband Kenneth, Hermitage; as well as several cousins, nephews, aunts, and friends.

He is now reunited with his son, Russell D. Morocco, his loving mother, Perrine Morocco Gorence; his father Don Morocco and his beloved sister, Olivia Morocco, who he always talked about since her death in 1960.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to charity of the donor's choice.
