Russell C. Cummins, Jr. of 515 Waldo St. New Castle passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2010 at 4:56 pm in Jameson Hospital. He was 46.

Mr. Cummins was born in New Castle, PA on December 4, 1963, a son of the Russell C. Sr. and Mary Ann Krietzer Cummins.

He served in the United States Army for a short time until he was discharged on medical leave.

Russell was formerly employed at Bruce and Merrilees Electric Company, where he worked with rebar.

Mr. Cummins enjoyed fixing many different items. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially his children.

He is survived by, his wife, Janet Baker Cummins, whom he married, June 4, 1990; 2 sons, Michael and Travis Cummins both of New Castle; 5 daughters, Arica Cummins of New Castle, Shawna Cummins of New Castle, Roseanna Rubicky of Boardman, OH, Sarah Kobailka of New Castle, and Billie Arblaster of Slippery Rock; his mother, Mary A. Cummins of New Castle; 3 brothers, Tom, Howard, and Chris Cummins of New Castle; 8 grandchildren. Also survived by numerous Aunt, Uncles and cousins.

Russell was preceded in death by his father, Russell C. Cummins Sr.; an Uncle, Tom Cummins; Maternal Grand parents; Florentine and Catherine Kreitzer Rauschenbach. Step-grandfather; Ernest Rauschenbach. Paternal Grandparents; Tom and Irene Cummins.

There will be not calling hours or funeral service.
