Rosalie "Rosi" Paul of Hermitage passed away at 6:20 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness. She was 73.
Ms. Paul was born June 18, 1944, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Stephen and Susanna (Palosi) Paul. She was a lifelong area resident and a 1963 graduate of Sharon High School.
Rosi retired in 2011 from UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell, where she worked as a pharmacy technician for 38 years.
She was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, Sharon.
An avid bowler, Rosi participated in three weekly leagues and several bowling tournaments annually, both locally and in Hubbard, OH. She also enjoyed traveling and trips to the casino.
Surviving are: a sister, Shirley (Stanley) Gladysz, Greenville; two nephews, Brian (Terri) Gladysz, Louisville, OH, and Greg (Melissa) Gladysz, Greenville; and several great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, Rosi was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Paul and Susanna Deitrich.
Calling hours will be 10:30 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday (5-29-18) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.
Funeral service will be noon Tuesday, in the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Moose of Unity Church, Greenfield, PA, officiating.
Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage.
