Rosalie Michelle Miller, Fairfield Drive, Hermitage, passed away unexpectedly at 5:44 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015, in the intensive care unit at Sharon Regional Health System following a five year battle with cancer. She was 71. Rosalie was born July 29, 1943, in Sharon, one of three daughters born to Michael and Rose Conti Dorus. A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Sharon High School in 1961. Rosalie worked as a secretary for both the former Nathan Brothers and, later, Prince of Peace Center, both in Farrell. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Sharon. Rosalie was an associate of Sisters of St. Joseph (SSJA), a group dedicated to assisting the less fortunate. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she will be sorely missed by her family, who loved her dearly. Her husband Robert Miller, whom she married July 13, 1963, survives at home. Rosalie also leaves her son, Robert Miller and his wife Darlene, Washington, N.J.; her daughter, Kim Votino and her husband Bob, Hermitage; four grandchildren, Bobby Jr., Luke, Courtney and Matt; a sister, Michele Stewart and her husband Ted, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Mary Ann Winters.
