Obituary
Robert M. Maretich, 58, of Masury, OH, passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 22, 2019, in his home.
Bob was born March 23, 1960, in Orwell, OH, a son of the late Martin Maretich and Delores Joann Stamm. He attended Grand Valley Schools in Orwell, as well as the Niles city schools, graduating from Niles McKinley High School in 1979.
Following high school he was employed by the former Brainard Strapping, Warren, OH. Later, Bob completed his electrician apprenticeship with IBEW Local #573, Warren, where he remained working as a journeyman electrician for more than 20 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Brooke Maretich, of Niles, and Brittany Sheely and her husband David, of Canfield; three sons, Corey Maretich, of Hubbard, and Jacob and Jason Maretich, of Centerville, Utah; two grandchildren, Connor and Grayson Sheely; four sisters, Terri Maretich Russo and her husband Phil, of Naples, FL, Barbara Arnett, of Las Vegas, NV, Rosemary Mazzini, of Pahrump, NV, and Sally Sersich, of Warren; and a niece whom he shared a special bond, Jeri Salmon and her husband John Robinson, of Bristolville, OH.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by two sisters, Darlene Fenn and Patty Lyons; and two brothers, Tom Maretich and Corey Ross.
