A lifelong area resident, Regina attended St. Adalbert's Parochial School, Farrell and was a 1955 graduate of Farrell High School.

Following high school she studied secretarial courses at Youngstown State University.

Regina was a member of St. Adalbert's Church, Farrell, where she taught Confraternity of Christian Doctrine courses to the young children of the parish.

She was a member of the Polish National Alliance Bowling League, and served as the league secretary and later as treasurer.

Regina was a true matriarch; above all else, her family always came first. She was a loving wife and caring mother.  She particularly enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren.
