WARREN, Ohio - Raymond "Ray" Stacey, Niles, Ohio, passed away at 7 p.m. Friday (7-12-13) in Trumbull Memorial Hospital, Warren, after a brief illness. He was 74. Mr. Stacey was born Jan. 18, 1939, in Sharon, a son of Andrew and Helen Eisele Stacey. Ray attended St. Joseph's elementary school, Sharon; and graduated in 1956 from Hickory High School, Hermitage, where he was a standout athlete. He later was an alumnus of what is now Youngstown State University. He worked in the accounting department at CSC (Copperweld Steel Co.), Warren. Ray enjoyed collecting and listening to music, especially classical music. As a veteran of the Army, he served in Europe and was stationed in Germany. He leaves his longtime companion, Ginny Tobin, with whom he made his home; a sister, Marianne Uhl, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; a brother, Robert Stacey, Orange, Texas; and a son, Thomas Stacey and his mother Eva, both Sharpsville. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Service: In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by J.
