Phillip R. Hosch, 68, of Farrell, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, in his home.
Phillip was born June 21, 1950, in Salisbury, North Carolina.
He enjoyed fishing.
His wife, the former, Debra Laverne Reed, passed away on December 30, 1985.
Phillip is survived by: son, Phillip Hosch and his wife Elouise, Sharon, PA; two daughters, Dawnanne Hosch, of Masury, OH; and Dwanna Hosch, of Akron, OH; step daughter, Erica Cleveland, of Pittsburgh, PA; and two grandchildren, Demarco and Phillip Nathaniel Ray Hosch.
