Obituary

A funeral service will be held Monday (10-26-09) for Paulette DiClaudio Adamchick of 1625 George Street Ext., Hermitage, who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday (10-22-09) in the hospital of Jameson Health System. She was 52.
Paulette was born on April 30, 1957 in Sharon the daughter of Manuel and Marion Germano DiClaudio.
A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Sharon High School.
Paulette worked various jobs throughout her life to include cooking at restaurants, convenience stores, and she once managed a fueling station. She enjoyed working in the community and had been an Avon Representative at one time. She enjoyed providing child care within her family and for close friends when they needed her.
Paulette loved her family and will be remembered as a giving person. In her leisure time she enjoyed working on her computer, talking on her cell phone, and collecting snow bunnies. She was a veracious reader who loved novels.
Always an animal lover, Paulette loved her pet dogs and bird and would help any strays find a good home, she also nursed many animals back to health that her friends would bring to her.
Paulette was baptized into the Catholic faith at Sacred Heart Church and received the sacrament of First Holy Communion in St. Joseph's Church, both Sharon. She was confirmed and later married on November 3, 1984 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church to James Joseph Adamchick, he survives at their home. Paulette and Jim were anticipating their 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration where she had hoped to recite her Wedding vows once again with her loving husband.
In addition to her husband, she leaves her two sisters, Elaine Tidswell and her husband William, Pamela Monteson and her husband Robert, two brothers, August 'Augie' DiClaudio, and Frank DiClaudio and his wife Marian, her nieces and nephews, Melanie and Bill Tidswell, Jeanette and Mark DiClaudio, Erica Grove and Elizabeth DiClaudio, Michael and Melissa Monteson, Erik DiClaudio, and three great nieces Emma, Emily, and Lydia, and one great nephew Corey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Marlo Anthony 'Tony' DiClaudio and an infant sister Faye.

Services: 11:00 a.m. Monday (10-26-09) in the funeral home chapel with Msgr. Salvatore P. Mitchell, retired priest officiating.
Interment: St. Mary's Cemetery, Hermitage.
