Patricia A. "Patty" Heasley of Greenville passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Wednesday morning, December 23, 2020, in the emergency room of UPMC, Greenville, following a brief period of failing health. She was 63.
Patty was born February 13, 1957, in Greenville, a daughter of Larry and Ethel (Brant) Baer, and was a 1975 graduate of Reynold High School. Patty was employed by AVI Foodsystems, Inc., Warren, Ohio, for the past 38 years and currently worked at Theil College, Greenville. She previously worked for AVI at Greenville Steel Car-Trinity, Kennedy Catholic High School and Penn State Shenango.
Patty was a member of Jerusalem Christian Church, Fredonia; and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, #805, Greenville.
She was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR and enjoyed watching dirt track races at Sharon and Mercer Speedways. Above all, Patty loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Michael C. Heasley, of Greenville, and his father, Kim Heasley, of Oil City; one brother, Fred Baer, of Volant, PA; a niece, Tracy Baer; and a nephew, Fred Baer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and an infant brother, Ricky Baer.
Patty loved animals, therefore the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Strayhaven, 94 Donation Rd., Greenville, PA 16125.
