Patricia Ann Danos

Patricia Ann Danos, 91, of South Pymatuning Twp., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday evening, August 4, 2026, in her home.

Mrs. Danos was born December 12, 1934, in South Pymatuning Twp., a daughter of the late Dominick and Mary (Csongradi) Bertolasio. A lifelong resident, she graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1952.

A homemaker, Patty worked at Packard Electric, Warren, OH, prior to the birth of her son, George, Jr. She dedicated her life to caring for her son and husband, particularly after his spinal cord injury.

Patty was a member of St. Joseph Church, Sharon.

Earlier in life, she enjoyed participating in a bowling league, and later in life, looked forward to casino and shopping trips with friends and family. Above all else, she cherished time spent with loved ones, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Her beloved husband of 54 years, George Danos, Sr., whom she married on June 22, 1957, preceded her in death on July 31, 2011.

Patty is survived by her son, George Danos, Jr. (Dian), with whom she made her home in S. Pymatuning Twp.; two grandchildren, Leslie Farris (Stephen) and Kimberly Beckman (Michael); two great-grandchildren, Owen and Michael; two brothers, Frank Bertolasio and David Bertolasio (Lisa); three sisters, Ann Bonaquest, Christine George, and Marian Senkosky; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Patty was preceded in death by three brothers, Dominick, Steve, and Robert Bertolasio; a sister, Esther “Toots” Amon; and a grandson, James Danos.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses and aides of Amedysis Hospice for their exceptional kindness and care.

In keeping with her wishes, a private service will be held amongst family.
