Norma loved crafts and was skilled in knitting, sewing, quilting and macrame. She had a deep love for her pets and African violets. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family and always looked forward to hosting her family gatherings.

Her husband, Melvin Arner, whom she married on November 24, 1949, passed away on April 22, 1989.
