Nichole M. Pumphrey of New Castle passed away tragically Monday evening, October 15, 2018, in her residence. She was 31.

Nichole was born June 29, 1987, in Sharon, a daughter of Jeffrey Pumphrey, Sr. and Loretta L. Keck. She attended Farrell schools.

A homemaker, Nichole enjoyed staying at home looking after her children and cooking their favorite meals.

She was of the Christian faith.

Nichole attended beauty school and enjoyed styling hair and applying make up for her girlfriends before a night out. She loved spending time with her family, especially with her children taking trips to the park or the zoo.

Surviving are: three daughters, Zayah Pumphrey, Kiyairah Matthews and Tae'nya Pumphrey; a son, Tre'I Pumphrey; her parents, Jeffrey Pumphrey, Sr., New Castle; and Lorretta L. Keck, of Farrell; her paternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Pumphrey, New Castle; two sisters, Lisa Pumphrey and Olivia E. Pumphrey, both New Castle; and a brother, Jeffrey Pumphrey, Jr., Youngstown, OH; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made directly to the funeral home.

Calling hours will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday (10-21-18) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.

Funeral service will be held privately.

Interment: Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage.
