IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mildred
Williams
April 5, 1950 – August 28, 2025
Mildred (Millie) Williams, 75, of Sharon, PA, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025, in her home, leaving behind a family that loved and adored her. Millie was born April 5, 1950, in Farrell, PA, a daughter of the late Lynn and Donna (Haines) Morris.
Known for her wit and big heart, Millie spent 75 years spreading love, joy, sarcasm, and sass to any and all around her. Anyone who knew Millie knew she was as stubborn as they come — and she wore it proudly. No matter what role she played - mother, grandmother, aunt, friend - what's most beautiful is that we all seem to share the same version of her. That is a testament to how unapologetically herself she was. She radiated love wherever she went, and being with her felt like being seen. She showed significance in every connection. Her presence was a reminder that love, time, and togetherness are sacred. Her family was the center of her world, and she never missed a chance to brag about them.
Beyond her family, Millie enjoyed the simple pleasures that made life fun: the thrill of a casino win, the treasures of walking in the aisles of Walmart, and the freedom of driving around to see what the day would bring. She was happy to be behind the wheel, whether she was cruising around town or driving a few hours away just for the fun of it — because to Millie, any trip could turn into an adventure or a chance to relive old memories. She was happiest when surrounded by loved ones, sharing stories or playing cards together late into the evening. Her laughter and competitive spirit at the card table created many lasting memories for her children, grandchildren, and friends.
Her humor, warmth, and larger-than-life personality will be missed dearly. Though she's gone from our sight, her spirit will live on in every family gathering, every lucky win, every scenic drive, and every late-night Walmart run. Her memory invites us all to love more deeply, live more fully, and honor the moments we are given.
Millie is survived by three sons, George Novosel, Jr. and his wife, Kina, Butler, PA, Chris Novosel, Masury, OH, and Keith Novosel and his wife, Tiffanie, Meadville, PA; two sisters, Karen Markle, Sharpsville, PA and Carol Broadhurst, Sharon, PA; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mille was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, DeuWayne Markle, Sr.; a sister, Donna Morris; and a great-grandson, Kolson Confer.
