Mildred Mary Tatomirovich Bozzo, 2026 Madison St., Hermitage, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at 2:16 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2012, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 79. Mrs. Bozzo was born November 22, 1932 in Mercer a daughter of Tidor and Mary Mihalcin Tatomirovich. She was a lifelong area resident and attended the former Greenfield one room school house. Millie began working at the former American Laundry in downtown Sharon and later at the former restaurant in the Thrift Drug Store in the Shenango Valley Mall, Hermitage. She retired in 1991 from the former UNSCO Co. in Youngstown, Ohio where she was employed for more than twenty five years. Following retirement, she was a caterer in the cafeteria of MSGR. Geno Monti Parochial Grade School in Farrell. A homemaker, she was a member of Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann Church, Farrell. Millie enjoyed going on bus tours to casinos. Surviving are: her husband of 57 years, Angelo Bozzo, whom she married September 17, 1955; two sons, Angelo Paul Bozzo and Michael Anthony Bozzo, both at home; and a daughter, Sherri Lynn Anderson and her husband David Lee, West Middlesex; two grandsons, Dustin Bozzo and David Anderson; and two great granddaughters, Lolah and Madeline Bozzo. She also leaves three sisters, Dorothy Davis and her husband Fred, Wheatland; Delores Vasil and her husband Norbert, Sharon; and Violet Venetta and her husband Robert, Jr., Hermitage; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Santino "Sonny" and Doris Bozzo, Transfer; Louis and Donna Bozzo, West Hills, Calif.; Patricia and Don Montgomery, Panama City, Fla.; and Rose Gessler, Greenville; and several nieces and nephews who fondly called her "Aunt Meme". Millie was preceded in death by her parents; and five brothers, Theodore, Leonard, Stanley, Donald and Bronko. The family would like to thank the nurses on the 5th floor of Sharon Regional and Dr. Robert Morgenstern for their exceptional care during Millie's illness.
