Maryanne Novak, 87, of Clark, PA, passed away suddenly Monday evening, October 27, 2025, in UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell.

Mrs. Novak was born on April 25, 1938, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anne (Lazor) Moro. She was a 1956 graduate of Sharon High School.

Maryanne was employed for more than 20 years in the purchasing department of the former Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corp. When her child was born, she dedicated her time to being a homemaker.

Maryanne was of the Catholic Faith.

She was a voracious reader and an excellent cook and baker.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph F. Novak, whom she married on December 18, 1970; a daughter, Dr. Kimberly Novak, of Columbus, OH; and a sister, Suzette Moro, of Sharon.

In addition to her parents, Maryanne was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Moro.
