Mary Lynne Wyant's Obituary
Mary Lynne Wyant, Jefferson Township, formerly of Sweetbriar Place, Pittsburgh, passed away of natural causes at 10:20 p.m. Friday (10-28-11) in UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell. She was 72.
Lynne was born September 29, 1939 in New Kensington, PA a daughter of the late Devon Chester and Alice Lucille Roche Wyant.
She was a graduate of Greensburg (PA) High School and the University of Pittsburgh.
Lynne was a playwright with the Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre Co. and attended St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Pittsburgh.
Surviving are: three sisters, Joan W. Hooks, Sharon, PA; Janice L. Parfitt and her husband Noble, Salisbury, MD; and Joy E. Sander and her husband Dale, Warminster, PA; and an extended loving family.
Besides her parents, Lynne was preceded in death by a son, Edward L. Saverborn; and her former husband, P. Leroy Saverborn.
