Obituary
Mary Ruth Resele, of Morefield Road, Hermitage passed away at 2:30AM Friday 1-2-2009 at John XXIII Home following an extended illness. She was 81.
Mrs. Resele was born on April 22, 1927 in Sharpsville, the daughter of Clyde Hodgson and Verna (Blair) Hodgson.
She was the secretary treasurer for Resele Marine, Orangeville, Ohio, a family owned business that is currently operated by her son. She was also a homemaker and belonged to the Church of Notre Dame in Hermitage where she was active in the Christian community.
Her husband Robert A. Resele whom she married on October 3, 1946 survives at home.
She also leaves her five sons, Ronald M. Resele and his wife Sherry, Hartstown, Pa.; Robert S. Resele and his wife Laurie, Northumberland, Pa.; Paul R. Resele and his wife Paula, North East, MD; John C. Resele and his wife Dana, Greenville, Pa.; James B. Resele and his wife Ursula, Brookfield, Ohio. Fourteen Grandchildren, Ronald Resele and his wife Christine, Danville, PA; Nathan Resele, Hartstown, PA; Drew Resele, Northumberland PA; Colin and Caitlin Walker of Northumberland, PA; Chloe Pozar and her husband Joseph of Flagstaff, AZ; Aaron Resele and his wife Rhonda of Transfer PA; Lauren Flick and husband Brian of Transfer PA; Kristen Yunger and husband Christopher of Warren OH. Payge, Sydnee, Camryn, Mya Resele and Christopher Denton all of Brookfield OH. She also had 7 Great Grandchildren; Julia, Nicholas, Izabel, Mia, Hunter, Deven and Braiden.
She was preceded in death by her two granddaughters, Kimberly Anne and Julie Ann Resele, and two brothers, Howard and Robert Hodgson.

Calling hours: 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday (1-4-09) at J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon, Pa. 16146
Services: Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday (1-5-09) at 11:00 a.m. in Church of Notre Dame, Hermitage with Rev. Jeffery J. Nobel pastor and Rev. John S. Lynch Retired Priest as concelebrants.
Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage.
