Mary Ann Crowe of Hermitage passed away peacefully at 1:20 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017, in UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell. She was 76.
Ms. Crowe was born July 30, 1941, in Johnstown, PA, a daughter of Geraldine (Wach) Drummer.
Mary Ann worked in the ARC of Mercer County workshop, Hermitage; and also held several part-time cleaning jobs.
She attended First Baptist Church, Sharon.
Mary Ann enjoyed watching westerns, going shopping and getting her hair and nails done at the salon. She loved animals, especially her cat, Cucumber, and her dogs, Joey and Freddy.
Surviving are: her companion of nearly 40 years, Bob Cottle, Farrell; and long-time friend and caregiver, Marsha Jones, Masury; with whom she made her home for 18 years.
A special thanks to the Cottle family, Templeton family, and the kind people and caring friends at Whole Life Services, Hermitage; for the exceptional care and outpouring of love they gave Mary Ann in the past several years.
Calling hours will be 4 p.m. until the time of service Friday ( 11-10-17 ) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon .
Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Friday , in the funeral home, with Rev. John Trojak, pastor of First Baptist Church, Sharon, officiating.
A memorial dinner will be held at Whole Life Services, 3199 Innovation Way, Hermitage, immediately following the services at the funeral home.
