Mark A. Wheaton of South Pymatuning Township passed away at 9:21 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System, following an extended illness. He was 51. Mr. Wheaton was born April 14, 1963, in Sharon, a son of Harry and Janice Ford Wheaton, and attended Reynolds High School. He was employed as a welder at Thompson Fabricating, Wheatland, for more than 14 years until his health required him to retire in 2010. Mark loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and camping. He loved being with his grandchildren and spending time around the campfire with his family and friends. He is survived by: his mother, Janice Wheaton, Greenville; three daughters, Shirley J. Ayres and her husband, Shawn, Hermitage; and Janet Wheaton and Kara L. Blair, both Sharpsville; three brothers, Harry Wheaton, Farrell; Bruce Wheaton, West Middlesex; and Phillip Wheaton and his wife, Theresa, Jamestown; and five grandchildren.
