Mark C. Seman, 74, of New Castle passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024, in The Grove, New Wilmington. He was formerly a longtime resident of La Casa Personal Care Home in New Castle.

Mark was born July 28, 1950, in New Castle, a son of Michael Seman and Edith (Perrotta) Seman, and after the death of his mother, was raised by Marget Hempel.

He was raised in Mahoningtown where he was well-known for his long walks through town and kindly greeting all who knew him. Mark was a friendly man who had a deep appreciation for his Catholic faith.

He is survived by several friends at La Casa Personal Care Home, especially his dear friend, James Caskey.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Marty Seman; an infant sister; and several cousins.

Calling hour will be 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday (9-19-24) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 111 W. Falls St., New Castle.

A blessing service will be held immediately following at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.

Interment: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Neshannock Twp.
