Marilyn L. Felesky, 85, of West Middlesex, passed away Wednesday morning, August 14, 2024, in her home.

Mrs. Felesky was born on May 23, 1939, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Banick) Livingston. She was a 1957 graduate of West Middlesex High School.

A dedicated homemaker, some would even say another "Martha Stewart," she loved baking, and crocheting and was extremely talented at sewing. Her family will forever remember her delicious nut rolls and will continue to try and duplicate her famous recipe. She was also employed as the Mercer County Recorder from 1970 to 2000 and served as the Past President of the Recorders Association. She was also responsible for bringing Christmas Caroling to the Mercer Country Court House, a continued tradition.

Marilyn was a member of the West Middlesex Presbyterian Church.

She was extremely dedicated to her family and work, always putting others' needs before her own.

Her husband of 63 years, Robert Felesky, whom she married on July 20, 1957, passed away on February 1, 2021.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Malcolmson, Hermitage, and Debby Taylor, West Middlesex; three grandchildren, Mandy Schneider (Justin), Ashley Malcolmson, and Dr. Josh Taylor (Gretchen); and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Maddie Schneider. Also surviving is a sister, Marjorie Shrawder (David), West Middlesex; a sister-in-law, Nancy Livingston; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marilyn was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Mark Malcolmson; a sister, June Buccarelli; and three brothers, Bill, Dick and Fred Livingston.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Helping Hands Hospice, 480 N. Kerrwood Dr., STE 103, Hermitage, PA 16148.

A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at a later date.
