Marie F. Napolitan of Farrell passed away peacefully at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017, in her home surrounded by her family. She was 90.

Mrs. Napolitan was born April 11, 1927, in Sharon, a daughter of Louis and Rose (Sarcinella) Falconi. A lifelong area resident, she graduated from Farrell High School in 1945.

A homemaker, she was a longtime member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Farrell. Prior to marriage, Marie was employed at the former Sabo Candy Company, Farrell. She was also a member of the "Family" card club for 40 years. She was a loving and nurturing mother, nana and aunt to her entire family and was known for her homemade bread.  She especially enjoyed attending her grandchildren's activities.

Marie is survived by her husband, Ralph Napolitan, with whom she shared 68 years of marriage, marrying on November 27, 1948 , in the former St. Anthony de Padua Church, Farrell; four daughters, Frances Foust, Hermitage; Carol Napolitan, Hubbard, OH; Roseann Napolitan, Twinsburg, OH; and Patty Napolitan, Farrell; a son, Carmen Napolitan and his wife Debra, Lancaster, PA; three grandchildren, Julie Yendrek, Sarah Napolitan and Julian Napolitan; and a great grandson, Blake Yendrek.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lucy Falconi, who passed away at 18 months old; and two brothers, Joseph and Anthony Falconi.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to either, Our Lady of Fatima Church, 601 Roemer Blvd, Farrell, PA 16121; or Sharon Regional Hospice and Palliative Care, 2320 Highland Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday ( 08/07/2017 ) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon.

Mass of Christian burial will be 1 p.m. Monday , in Our Lady of Fatima Church, with Rev. Matthew Ruyechan, pastor, as celebrant.

Burial: St. Anthony's Cemetery, Hermitage.
