Marie A. Esposito, of Anaheim Hills, CA, formerly of Sharon, passed away Monday afternoon, April 9, 2018, in her home. She was 83.

Ms. Esposito was born November 24, 1934, in Sharon, a daughter of Dominic and Jenny (Fanelli) Esposito and was a 1952 graduate of Sharon High School. Marie was employed at the former Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corp.; the Robert Shaw Co. For 25 years; and retired as a union representative for the United Food and Commercial Workers.

Marie enjoyed her trips back home to visit with family and her extended family.

She is survived by a brother-in-law, Patsy Pellegrino, Hermitage; two nieces, Pam Pellegrino, Sharon; and Karen L. Shollenberger (Don), Pataskala, OH; two nephews, Marc Pellegrino (Lori), New Castle; and Gary Pellegrino, Hermitage; and many loving cousins and close friends.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Carmella Pellegrino.

The family suggest memorial contributions be made to San Antonio Catholic Church, 5800 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd., Anaheim, CA 92807 .

Calling hours will be 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday ( 04/19/2018 ) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon .

Funeral service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Burial: St. Anthony's Cemetery, Hermitage.
