With deep sorrow and abiding love, we share our beloved mother,

Margaret Rose Yannerilla, 98, of Sugar Land, TX, and previously of Sharon, PA, passed away peacefully under hospice care on Friday evening, August 1, 2025.

Mrs. Yannerilla was born August 20, 1926, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Brashen) Canady.

A homemaker, Margaret dedicated her life to caring for husband, children, and their home. Her strength, love, and faith were a light to all that knew her.

Margaret was a member of the former Church of the Sacred Heart, Sharon.

Her husband of nearly 47 years, Martin R. Yannerilla, whom she married September 14, 1946, preceded her in death in June of 1993.

Margaret is survived by a daughter, Mary Sue McGowan-Mingo (David), Sugar Land, TX; two sons, Martin D. Yannerilla (Pattie), Aguilar, CO, and Samuel M. Yannerilla, Gaylord, MI; a sister, Wilma Stull, Round Rock, TX; and a grandson, Forrest McGowan, Sugar Land, TX.

In addition to her husband and parents, Margaret was preceded in death by two sisters, Elanore Crisan and Susan Ischo; two brothers, Andrew and Joseph Canady; and a son-in-law, Kevin McGowan.

We are grateful for every moment we shared and for the many prayers and kindness extended to our family. Though our hearts are heavy, we trust that Margaret is now resting in God's eternal peace.
