Margaret 'Peg' Stenoff, 3539 Hubbard-West Middlesex Rd. West Middlesex, passed away at 2:10 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2012, in Clepper Manor. She was 92.
Mrs. Stenoff was born November 1, 1919 in Warren, OH, a daughter of the late George and Mary Leves Roszpopa.
She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School.
During World War II, Peg was employed at the Sharon Transformer Division of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. She retired from First National Bank after 26 years as a supervisor.
Peg was of Catholic faith. She bowled in various bowling leagues in the area. Peg also enjoyed playing bingo and cards, especially Uecker. She cherished the time that she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her husband, Phillip Stenoff, whom she married November 21, 1940, passed away on May 2, 1989.
Surviving are: a son, Ralph and his wife Jean Stenoff of West Middlesex, PA; a sister, Jolan Punscak of Knoxville, TN; a sister-in-law, Joan Rosz of Avon, OH; 2 grandchildren, Carole and her husband Mike Harenchar and Melisa Stenoff; 2 great grandchildren, Rachel and Matt.
In addition to her parents and husband, Peg was preceded in death by a sister, Irene Holupko; a brother, George Rosz.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association 840 Southwestern Run Rd. Youngstown, OH 44514.
