Maddox Kane Tackett was stillborn on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, in UPMC Horizon Hospital, Farrell.

He is survived by his mother, Mariah Lynn Tackett, of Greenville; his maternal grandparents, Brandy Coonce and her fiancé J.J. Gehr, Fredonia, and Jason Tackett, Bazetta, OH; two aunts, Alectra Tackett, Bazetta, and Sarah Hughes and her husband Daniel, Southington, OH; an uncle, Zack Koren and his fiancé Carley Lauder, Transfer; grandparents, Earl Coonce, Sharon, Rick Tackett and his wife Lori, Warren, OH; two great-grandmothers, Doris Tackett, Champion, OH, and Sandra Tackett, Arizona; and a great-uncle, Earl Coonce, Hubbard, OH.

Maddox was preceded in death by his great-great-grandmother, Marion Coonce and her husband Roy; great-great-grandfather, Roy Tackett.

Funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, October 20, 2023, in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 East State St., Sharon.

Interment: Brookfield Twp. Cemetery, Ohio.
