Louis E. Rosati, Jr., 79, of Farrell passed away unexpectedly at UPMC Horizon on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
Lou was born on April 14, 1941, the only child of the late Louis E. and Concetta (Siciliano) Rosati, Sr. He is a 1958 graduate of Farrell High School.
After graduation, Lou worked as a barber, owning and operating his own shop. He later worked as a fireman and went on to work over twenty years with the PA Department of Labor and Industry as a building inspector. On August 24 th , 1980 he married the former Karen V. Rafeedie. He and his wife co-owned Razzcal's Inc., on Roemer Boulevard in Farrell for nearly 20 years. Prior to this, Lou and Karen owned and operated Our Gang's Lounge on Sharpsville Ave. in Sharon.
Lou was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church and the Italian Home in Farrell. He was an avid bowler for many years and later enjoyed golfing and playing bocce. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
He is survived by a stepdaughter, Chris Cannone and her husband Nick, of Hermitage; and three grandchildren; Anthony, Nicholas and Matthew Cannone.
In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his wife.
