Linda J. Phillips, 74, of Sharon, passed away Tuesday morning, February 8, 2022, in her home.

Mrs. Phillips was born May 22, 1947, in Sharon, a daughter of the late Ralph and Alma (Jones) Quarterson, Sr. She attended Hickory and West Middlesex High School.

A dedicated homemaker, Linda also was employed by her brother at the former Valley Radiator, Farrell. She also worked for the former Hall's Trucking, West Middlesex, and the former Sharon Hand Carwash.

Linda loved casino trips, playing slot machines, and going to bingo. She was also an excellent cook, especially baker, and enjoyed making crafts.

She is survived by her husband of 34-years, Thomas E. Phillips; a daughter, Kathleen Papp, Sharon; two sons, Stephen Papp, Deerfield Beach, FL, and Timothy Papp, Tampa, FL; two granddaughters, Kayleen and Brianna Papp; and a sister, Susan Cruz, Rapid City, SD.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nicole Papp; a sister, Wendy Lambert; and two brothers, David and Ralph Quarterson, Jr.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38501.
