Linda A. Million, 72, of New Castle, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 10, 2024, in Avalon Place Nursing Home.

Linda was born September 19, 1952, in New Castle, a daughter of Dominic and Margaret (McCummins) Million. After graduating from New Castle High School in 1971, she earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, Shenango Valley Campus.

Linda worked as a decorator and kiln operator at Shenango China in New Castle.

Linda was a member of Holy Spirit Parish of New Castle – St. Mary's Church.

She loved spending time outside, especially while hunting, fishing, camping, swimming in her pool, riding dirt bikes, and go-carting. Linda was an exceptional baker and enjoyed sewing.

She is survived by a daughter, Shawna Fobes (Rhonda), of New Castle; a brother, Shawn Million (Roxane), Union Twp.; two grandchildren, Taylor Kirkwood, of West Pittsburg, and Kody Kirkwood, of Wampum; two great-grandchildren, Vincent and Tru Welsh of West Pittsburg.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of her life will be held privately by the family.
