Leona Clara DeVita, 85, of Masury, OH, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Sunday, July 15, 2018, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Mrs. DeVita was born November 13, 1932, in Masury, a daughter of John and Clara (Good) Ondich. A lifelong area resident, she attended Brookfield High School. Prior to starting her family she was employed by the former Howell Industries in Masury.

Leona was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an excellent cook and she liked watching cooking shows on television.

She is survived by four daughters, Linda Zahniser, Brookfield; Carol Hauser and her husband Tom, Alva, FL; Clara Roth, Masury; and Tracy Leon, Sharon; two sons, John Townley, Brookfield; and Lee DeVita, Hermitage; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Kozarich, Brookfield.

Leona was preceded in death by her husband, Robert DeVita; her parents; and a brother, Daniel Ondich.
