Kristine "Kris" Zoccola, of Burghill, OH, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 7, 2018. She was 50.

Kris was born May 22, 1968, in Sharon, a daughter of Carl and Norma (Ott) Sauceman. She graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1986.

Kris was a homemaker, devoting her life to caring for her family and their home. She loved animals and her pets were considered part of the family, especially her yorkshire terroirs and pekapoo.

Kris enjoyed being by the water and spending summer days at her pool with family and friends.

Surviving are: her husband, Bryce Zoccola, whom she married July 5, 1997; a daughter, Brittany Hanahan and her fiancé, Zach Saum, Mecca, OH; a son Bjorn Zoccola and his longtime girlfriend, Hailey Caracci, Burghill, OH; her mother, Norma Sauceman; and a sister, Kim (Vern) Worona, all of Liberty, OH; her mother-in-law, Kathy Zoccola, Burghill, OH; a niece,  Lauren (Matt) Drombetta, Girard, OH; and a nephew, Jeff (Alyssa) Worona, Cortland, OH.

Kris was preceded in death by her father, Carl Sauceman; a brother, Kevin Sauceman; and her father-in-law, Robert Zoccola.

Calling hours will be 3 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday (9-12-18) in J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon.

Funeral service will be 5 p.m. Wednesday, in the funeral home, with Brent Beck, executive pastor of Youngstown Metro Church, officiating.

Interment: America's Cemetery, Hermitage.
