Kiersten M. O'Kresik, 36, of Capron, VA, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, November 22, 2024, in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA.

Kiersten was born November 15, 1988, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of Stephen R. and Kimberly I. (Marriott) O'Kresik. She was a 2007 graduate of Southampton Academy, Courtland, VA, and was earning her degree in business administration from SNHU.

Kiersten has worked as a business office manager at the Courtland Farmer's Market for the past seven years.

A dedicated mother, daughter, sister and friend. Kiersten was deeply committed to her family and hopeful for the new future she was building with her fiancé.

In addition to her parents, Stephen and Kimberly O'Kresik, of Hermitage, Kiersten is survived by her two children, Ethan S. and Noelle M. Fisher; her fiancé, Andy Morris and bonus daughter, Laken of Fayetteville, NC; a sister, Stephanie O'Kresik-Jewette and her husband Trevante of West Palm Beach, FL; two brothers, Joshua O'Kresik and Brent O'Kresik, both of Hermitage; three nephews, Nikolas, Gabriel, and Raylan Jewette; and her paternal grandmother, Donna O'Kresik, of Hermitage.

Kiersten was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert J. O'Kresik; and maternal grandparents, John and Donna Marriott.
