Kevin S. “Bubbie” Jacobson, 14, of Sharon, passed away tragically on Saturday evening, June 6, 2026, in Akron Children's Hospital, after succumbing to injuries sustained in a house fire.

Bubbie was born on September 18, 2011, in Farrell, a son of Aaron J. and Sarah A. (Mudry) Jacobson. He was currently enrolled online as an eighth-grade student at Commonwealth Charter Academy, where he achieved straight A’s.

An avid Indianapolis Colts fan, Bubbie also looked forward to playing his Xbox. He embraced the role of big brother and loved watching wrestling on television and jumping on the trampoline with his sister, Izzy. Above all else, Kevin had a strong faith in Jesus Christ and prayed nightly before bed.

Bubbie was a member of Miracle Valley Church, Hermitage. He was a member of the Youth Group and volunteered in the Video Department, where he enjoyed running the cameras for livestreamed events or services.

Bubbie will be remembered for his kindness, gentleness, and heart-warming smile.

He is survived by his father, Aaron Jacobson, of Sharon; his grandparents, Christina and Dana Esmond, of Clark, Kevin and Patty Jacobson, of Sharpsville, and Pat Kiesel, of Hermitage; a brother, Austin Anderson (Louise), of Fort Walton Beach, FL; three uncles; an aunt; and several cousins.
